Designed for intensive use in professional and industrial environments, this high-pressure misting cabinet is delivered fully assembled and tested in the workshop. It integrates all the components necessary for reliable and secure misting, all grouped in a waterproof cabinet ready to operate.

Simplified installation
The cabinet is fixed to the wall by 4 anchor points or placed directly on the floor. Its 1.5 mm steel sheet structure benefits from a polyester paint protection RAL 7035 and a reversible door equipped with double handle.

High pressure unit 60 bars
The system is based on a radial pump with ceramic pistons and brass cylinder head, mounted on silent blocks. The single-phase asynchronous motor 1450 rpm integrates a pressure regulator. The HP G1/4 outlet is coupled to a 3-way solenoid valve ensuring automatic discharge of the circuit at each stop, thus eliminating residual drops. A safety pressure switch protects the installation in case of water shortage.

TEMPO digital control
The control cabinet installed on the front panel offers a display screen, adjustable timers for on/off cycles, manual or automatic mode, control terminals as well as motor thermal protection. 230V power supply via supplied cable with plug (3 meters).

Optimized filtration
Two 10'' cartridges mounted in series (5 µ and 1 µ) housed in transparent tanks with brass inserts guarantee water quality suitable for high-pressure misting.

Diffusion compatibility
This cabinet absolutely requires suitable diffusion equipment to function: misting fans, arches, posts or crowns equipped with high-pressure nozzles. Misting fans ensure homogeneous, silent and efficient diffusion over large areas.

Transform a standard helical fan into a high-performance misting unit with a nylon ring equipped with high-pressure nozzles. This quick-to-install and economical alternative is ideal for temporary areas or small summer installations.
