CALIS 530

The CALIS range air heaters are air handling terminals designed for wall mounting or suspension installation. Connectable to hot water circuits (heating) or cold water circuits (air conditioning), they provide heating, frost protection, or cooling for the following spaces:

Optimized Installation

Thanks to their high-level mounting, these units completely free up floor space. With no internal combustion, they eliminate the need for flue gas exhaust ducts. This feature makes them particularly suitable for sensitive environments: logistics platforms, woodworking workshops, public establishments. Commissioning simply requires connection to the hydraulic network and compliant electrical supply.

Thermal Performance

The maximum power of 56.5 kW adjusts according to the circulating water temperature. Combined with high air flow rates, the CALIS units ensure rapid heating and effective frost protection. Power supply is via boiler, heat pump (heating mode), refrigeration unit, or reversible heat pump (cooling mode). The F version includes condensate collection trays and anti-drip screens for year-round use. Low-pressure coils combine aluminum and copper in 2 or 3 rows depending on models, tested at 105°C under 8 bar.

Acoustic Comfort and Air Distribution

The helical fan with reduced speed ensures quiet operation. Airflow can be modulated across two speeds. The horizontal-blade adjustable discharge grille optimizes distribution. Optionally, a double-deflection grille allows fine-tuning of lateral diffusion, while a specific grille extends the airflow range for large spaces.

Control and Regulation

Fully automatic, these units operate without permanent supervision. They accept individual or centralized control via switch, room thermostat, time programmer, or timer. Fan-only mode is available during summer periods. An optional frequency converter allows precise adjustment of discharge temperature.

Customization

Beyond standard configurations, SOVELOR-DANTHERM develops custom versions: airflow modulation, 1 to 3 row coils, ATEX certification, filtration housings for fresh air treatment...
