The DR 48 E mobile professional dehumidifier is an automatic device designed to quickly dry rooms or maintain a constant humidity level. Its operation relies on a refrigeration circuit controlled by an integrated hygrostat that automatically regulates its activity. Ambient air is drawn in, filtered, then treated by condensation before being redistributed into the affected space.

Technology and Performance
The DR/E range dehumidifiers integrate high-performance refrigeration units operating by condensation. The process takes place in several stages: humid air is drawn in by the fan, filtered, then cooled on an evaporator at a temperature below the dew point. The humidity then condenses into liquid water, collected in an integrated tank or evacuated via a drainage system.

Performance varies from 21 to 100 liters of water per day depending on the models. Efficiency is optimal at high temperature (up to 35°C maximum). During winter periods, association with a hot air generator allows maximum efficiency to be maintained.

These devices allow construction drying times to be considerably reduced, prevent condensation and mold formation, and accelerate building restoration after damage.

Simplified Use
Startup is done in a few simple steps: connection to 230 V single-phase electrical supply and adjustment of the hygrostat to the desired value. Operation then becomes fully automatic.

An overflow safety system equips the storage tank: when full, the device stops instantly and a light indicator signals the need for emptying.

Condensate Management - 3 Available Modes

Tank Mode (standard):
Storage in the integrated removable tray. The overflow safety automatically stops the device at maximum level.

Gravity Mode (standard):
Direct evacuation by hose (not supplied). The internal tank is then not used. The hose must imperatively have a downward slope along its entire length.

Pump Mode (optional):
Motorized kit allowing condensates to be lifted up to 5 meters in height. Supplied with 6 meter Ø 9 mm evacuation hose, this kit is factory-mounted in replacement of the standard tank.
