Economical distribution station for diesel and GNR

Main features:

Double-walled storage tank in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) for optimal safety

230 V electric vane pump self-priming on complete plate:
- Flow rate of 56 l/min
- Automatic nozzle equipped with a swivel fitting
- Nozzle holder with locking padlock (2 keys supplied)
- 3-digit mechanical meter with reset wheel
- 2 metres of connection hose
- 4 metres of distribution hose DN 19 with swivel fitting at meter outlet

Tank refilling by automatic nozzle

This GNR station is also suitable for storing fuel and diesel.

Above-ground outdoor storage standards (non-buried):

Tanks equipped with a watertight double jacket with possibility to detect any loss of tightness

Single-walled tank allowed if placed in a watertight retention tray (capacity = 100% of the largest tank or 50% of total capacity)

Material sufficiently opaque to preserve diesel quality

Solid fixing to the ground on masonry platform mandatory

For storages exceeding 15,000 litres:

Distance between tanks: 0.2 D (D = width of the largest tank) with minimum 1.5 metres

Protective fence of at least 1.75 metres in height required

Indoor building storage standards (non-buried):

Watertight and fire-resistant secondary containment mandatory

Single-walled tank allowed in a watertight and non-combustible retention tray (capacity ≥ tank capacity)

Battery installation possible for identical tanks (total max capacity 10,000 litres) with interconnection at upper part and installation at same level

For tanks > 2,500 litres: exclusive closed, ventilated and fireproof room mandatory
