The IRC range heaters operate exclusively on electric power. Designed to be suspended at height or wall-mounted using their adjustable bracket, they stand out for their simplicity of installation and operation. Temperature rise and heat perception are instantaneous.

With their IPX5 protection rating, these units are suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. They provide an ideal solution for heating high-ceilinged, poorly insulated or open premises used intermittently. They also prove perfect for isolated workstations or specific zones in large volumes such as workshops, warehouses, places of worship, shops and restaurants. Their use extends to outdoor spaces like patios, terraces, smoking areas, receptions, stands or construction sites.

Optimal Performance

These radiant heaters deliver power outputs ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 kW. Equipped with high-quality anti-glare quartz halogen lamps, they emit infrared radiation that heats people and objects directly. This technology eliminates unnecessary energy losses in the air while ensuring silent operation without ventilation. The unit reaches full power in less than 2 seconds, with no preheating period required.

Energy Efficiency

The simple, quick and economical installation allows for substantial savings by heating only the desired zones. This zonal approach disregards total volume and building airtightness, and remains effective even with frequent door openings. Control is easily achieved via switch, room thermostat, timer, time switch or presence detector for operation only when actually needed.

Two Finishes Available

The IRC range offers two types of housings:

Stainless steel (CI range): optimal longevity guarantee, particularly suited for outdoor use

Black lacquered steel (CN range): more economical solution intended for covered environments

Both versions include protective grilles and adjustable brackets as standard. The IPX5 protection rating allows outdoor use, even in rain. The quartz halogen lamp with tungsten filament offers an average lifespan of approximately 5000 hours (except when controlled by presence detector).

Positioning Guidelines

Installation is carried out at heights between 2.2 and 4.5 meters depending on the model and desired heat intensity. The adjustable bracket allows heat to be directed precisely where needed, whether the unit is suspended or wall-mounted. The emitter must remain at least 50 cm from any partition or obstacle.

Caution: avoid very dusty environments. Deposit accumulation on the lamp prevents heat dissipation and considerably reduces the unit's lifespan.

For heating an isolated zone within a large volume, it is preferable to frame this zone with several units rather than installing a single more powerful radiant heater. In all cases, the installed power must not exceed 400 W/m².
