CALIS 320

The CALIS range air heaters are air handling terminals designed for wall mounting or suspension mounting. Connectable to a heating hydraulic circuit (hot water) or air conditioning (chilled water), they ensure heating, frost protection or cooling of the following spaces:

Optimized Installation

Thanks to their high mounting, these units completely free the floor from any occupation. Devoid of any combustion system, they eliminate any risk related to visible flame and require no flue gas evacuation duct. This feature makes them particularly suitable for sensitive areas: distribution platforms, carpentry workshops, establishments receiving the public. Commissioning is limited to connection to the hydraulic network and electrical supply compliant with standards.

Energy Performance

The CALIS series covers a power range extending from 7 to 80 kW depending on the temperature of the circulating water, associated with significant air flow rates. This characteristic ensures rapid reheating and effective protection against freezing. The supply can come from a conventional boiler, a heat pump, or a refrigeration unit for the cooling version. The F variant (air conditioning) incorporates condensate recovery trays and droplet eliminators, allowing dual use: hot air in winter and cool air in summer. The heat exchangers combine aluminum and copper on 2 or 3 rows depending on the models, with proven resistance to 105°C under 8 bars.

Acoustic Comfort and Diffusion

The reduced speed helical fan ensures quiet operation. The flow is adjustable on two speeds to adapt the blower to needs. Air distribution is carried out via a grille with orientable horizontal blades. For fine control of diffusion, a double deflection option allows lateral adjustment of the flow. A specific long-range grille is also offered for large premises.

Automation and Control

Fully autonomous, the CALIS operate without permanent supervision in complete safety. Their control is carried out individually or collectively via switch, room thermostat, timer or time switch. A pure ventilation mode is available for the summer season. Optionally, an electronic speed controller allows modulation of the rotation speed and fine-tuning of the blowing temperature.

Beyond standard configurations, numerous adaptations are possible on request: modulation of air flow rates, 1, 2 or 3 row batteries, ATEX versions for explosive atmospheres, filter housings for fresh air treatment...
