Robust Construction and Guaranteed Longevity

The square base rests on a single-piece stamped galvanized steel sheet, providing rigidity and stability to the entire unit. The sickle-profile plastic impeller promotes good aerodynamic efficiency and contributes to noise reduction during operation. The impeller and rotor assembly benefits from dynamic balancing compliant with ISO 1940 standard.

Surface protection combines a cataphoresis treatment with black polyester paint, offering resistance suitable for industrial atmospheres. This finish corresponds to a C3 corrosivity category according to NF EN ISO 12944-2 standard. Stainless steel hardware completes the set for better durability.

ECM Motor and Integrated Safety

The HXBR 300 is equipped with a single-phase ECM motor 230 V ±10%, compatible with 50/60 Hz, with an IP44 protection rating. The electronic controller integrates thermal protection limiting risks associated with overloads. Electrical connection is made via an IP65 terminal box, suitable for exposed environments.
