Trotec IDE 100 D Direct Fired Oil Heater

This oil-fired space heater delivers a thermal output of 100 kW, perfectly suited for heating construction sites, warehouses, agricultural buildings, or protecting materials from frost. Its 100% energy efficiency ensures optimal heat transfer with zero loss.

The burner operates on either oil or diesel, ensuring stable fuel supply thanks to a premium Danfoss® injection pump. The stainless steel combustion chamber ensures even and efficient heat distribution. Safety is guaranteed by electronic flame monitoring and built-in overheating protection.

Ease of use and maintenance

Maintenance is simplified by an externally accessible fuel filter. Fuel level can be checked instantly via the integrated tank gauge.

Temperature control is managed by a digital thermostat displaying both setpoint and actual values simultaneously. For remote management, an external thermostat can be connected up to 25 meters away.

Mobility and robustness for outdoor use

Designed for intensive outdoor use, this unit features a wheeled chassis for easy movement. Its reinforced housing with double coating withstands harsh weather conditions.

The integrated tank provides full daily autonomy. For extended use, connection to an external tank is possible via an optional extension kit.

Direct heat for ventilated spaces

The IDE range heaters are designed for open or well-ventilated spaces such as construction sites and agricultural operations. The absence of an exhaust duct allows for complete heat recovery.

Hot air is propelled by a fan that simultaneously supplies oxygen for combustion. Fuel is atomized, ignited, and burned in a dedicated chamber, with hot gases then mixed with ambient air for rapid distribution.

These heaters discharge combustion gases directly into the environment. Adequate ventilation is essential to prevent any accumulation. Use in enclosed spaces frequented by people or animals is not recommended.

Combustion also releases significant moisture, ruling out any construction drying applications.
