This three-phase medium pressure centrifugal fan CBT 40 is designed for industrial installations where the circulation of hot air, gases or materials requires high thermal resistance and constant pressure.

Thermal performance and pressure

The multi-position discharge facilitates the installation of the fan in constrained technical rooms. This configuration offers real flexibility during assembly and limits the necessary adaptations on existing ducts.

Construction and mechanical reliability

The volute is made of cast aluminum in one piece and protected by gray epoxy paint, suitable for industrial use. The radial blade impeller in cast aluminum, also one-piece, is mounted in direct coupling on the motor shaft.

The dynamic balancing of the wheel reduces vibrations and promotes the longevity of the entire unit. The B14 motor benefits from an IP44 protection rating and class B insulation, with lifetime-lubricated ball bearings to limit maintenance operations.
