Dual function: extraction and supply

This versatile model adapts to both air extraction and fresh air supply depending on your installation. It handles air conveyed within a temperature range of -20 °C to +40 °C, ensuring reliable operation under standard conditions. Installation can be done in either horizontal or vertical position, offering great flexibility in placement.

315 mm diameter for demanding networks

Integrating a range of standardized diameters, the HXBR 315 fits into ventilation networks requiring sustained airflow without excessive energy consumption. This intermediate diameter represents an optimal compromise between aerodynamic performance and space requirements.

Robust mechanical construction

The square plate rests on a stamped monoblock galvanized steel sheet, ensuring excellent structural rigidity. The sickle-profile plastic impeller optimizes energy efficiency while minimizing noise emissions. The impeller-rotor assembly benefits from dynamic balancing compliant with ISO 1940 standard for smooth operation.

Corrosion protection combines a cataphoresis treatment and black polyester paint, achieving corrosivity class C3 according to NF EN ISO 12944-2 standard. Stainless steel screws reinforce durability against wear and humidity.

High-efficiency ECM motor

The unit features a single-phase ECM motor 230 V ±10 %, compatible 50/60 Hz, protected to IP44. The electronic controller integrates thermal protection preventing damage in case of overload. Electrical connections are secured by an IP65 terminal box.
