Aluminum structure and mechanical stability

The volute is made of single-piece cast aluminum and benefits from gray epoxy paint protection, suitable for industrial environments. The radial blade impeller in cast aluminum, designed as a single block, is mounted in direct coupling on the motor shaft, which reduces mechanical losses.

The rotating assembly is subjected to dynamic balancing to limit vibrations and preserve component life. The B14 flange motor, with IP55 protection rating and Class F insulation, incorporates lifetime lubricated ball bearings, reducing maintenance requirements.
