Advantages of Infrared Heating
Infrared radiation allows precise temperature adjustment to different zones within a space. This targeted heating technology significantly improves thermal comfort while reducing energy costs. Recommended Positioning
For effective targeted heating, the emitters must be installed so that occupants receive heat from the front as well as the back. The minimum distance from people's heads must be 2 meters. Outdoors, the device must absolutely be placed under a shelter or roof.

Mounting Options
The IR6000 installs horizontally using mounting brackets directly fixed to the ceiling or wall. The system allows adjusting the radiation angle by 30° in each direction. Suspension by cables (minimum diameter 3 mm) is also possible. An IRG protective grille is available as an option to secure the heating element in sensitive environments such as sports complexes.

Regulatory Compliance
To comply with the European Ecodesign Regulation (EU) 2015/1188, this device must be equipped with a TAP16R thermostat or an RB123 output controller. The TAP16R electronic thermostat includes adaptive start-up, a weekly programmer, and a window opening detection function. To obtain an IP44 protection index with the TAP16R, the addition of a TEP44 housing and an external RTX54 probe is required, accompanied by an RB relay housing.
