Designed to meet the demands of professional environments, this BRUMEO PROBOX misting kit ensures fine and uniform mist diffusion. Delivered fully pre-assembled and tested in the workshop, it guarantees quick and hassle-free commissioning.

Waterproof and secure metal cabinet

All components are integrated into an epoxy-coated steel cabinet with dimensions of 500 x 500 x 300 mm. This robust structure includes ventilation grilles, anti-vibration silent blocks, and a lockable door. Connection is made simply to a standard water supply via the supplied stainless steel hose, with 230 V electrical power.

Complete configuration for 25 nozzles

This pack includes all the elements necessary for the operation of a 25-nozzle misting line: high-pressure pump, double filtration, control box, solenoid valve, distribution circuit, and mounting accessories. The modular architecture allows the installation to be adapted to the specificities of each site thanks to a range of compatible high-pressure accessories.

Description

The professional misting kit BRUMEO PROBOX from BRO Brumisation offers a complete and high-performance solution for all your misting cooling needs. Designed for wall or floor installation, this robust equipment combines quality materials with proven technology.

Protective Enclosure

Structure made of 1.5 mm thick steel sheet, with polyester powder coating RAL 7035. Ventilation is provided by integrated top and bottom grilles. Reversible door equipped with two handles for easy access. Can be fixed on 4 wall points or placed on the floor. Cabinet weight: 42 kg.

High-Pressure Motor Pump Unit

Direct-drive radial pump with asynchronous electric motor. Aluminum casing, forged brass head, ceramic pistons and stainless steel valves ensure durability and performance. Flow rate of 2 l/min with a working pressure of 60 bar (80 bar maximum). Inlet connection G1/2 M and outlet G1/4 F. Regulation by integrated bypass with 160 bar pressure gauge. Unit weight: 20 kg.

TEMPO DIGITAL Control Box

Digital display screen for precise control. Dual programmable run/pause timer, manual or automatic operation. Motor thermal protection and control terminal for water shortage safety. 230 V single-phase power supply with 3 m cable and plug. Protection rating IP54.

High-Pressure Solenoid Valve

Direct-acting 3/2 solenoid valve specially designed for high-pressure fluids. Stainless steel tube body with brass seat, NBR seals and PTFE valve. Maximum flow rate 8.5 l/min. Inlet/outlet connections G1/4 F and discharge G1/8. Coil 230 V - 50 Hz - 13/11 W.

Two-Stage Filtration

Two 10-inch filters equipped with 5 µ and 1 µ cartridges. Polypropylene body with brass inserts, transparent bowls for visual contamination level monitoring. Sealing ensured by Burna-N gasket. Inlet/outlet connections 3/4 F. Cartridges made of 100% thermally welded polypropylene microfibers, depth filtration without release, FDA compliant.

Pressure Regulator

Diaphragm regulator with 1 bar adjustment range. Brass body, NBR diaphragm, G1/4 M thread and EPDM gasket. Protection rating IP55.
