Innovative Plasma Technology

AirgoPro® neutralisers use plasma field ionisation. This process, based on dielectric barrier discharges, works on a principle comparable to ozone generators with more moderate energy.

The aspirated air undergoes an electroluminescent discharge creating a local plasma. This ionisation generates reactive oxygen derivatives: singlet oxygen, atomic oxygen free radicals, and other initial ozone production compounds.

These free radicals have a high oxidation potential. The odour particles, pollutants, bacteria, and moulds aspirated undergo reinforced oxidative decomposition by hydroxyl radicals. Use remains possible in the presence of people provided a distance of approximately 2 metres is maintained and adequate ventilation is ensured.
