This high-power version is designed for large volumes such as industrial halls, logistics platforms, production workshops or large commercial spaces, where temperature stability remains a daily challenge.

A reversible air heater for heating and cooling

The Prism PRI22 features reversible operation, allowing use with hot water heating as well as cold water cooling. This versatility enables continuous thermal management throughout the year. Suitable regulation systems facilitate automatic switching between hot and cold modes, particularly through a 6-way valve. Manual parameter control can also be integrated according to site constraints.

High power and controlled electricity consumption

With a power output of 43 kW, the Prism PRI22 ensures rapid and even distribution of conditioned air, even in spaces with high ceilings.

The unit incorporates an EC motor renowned for its energy efficiency. This technology reduces electricity consumption by up to 50% compared to traditional AC motors, while providing quieter operation thanks to the progressive fan speed regulation.

Flexible installation and adaptation to building constraints

The air heater design facilitates integration into new or existing installations. The body can be rotated to position the hydraulic connections on the left or right, limiting modifications to the network. The adjustable fins allow control of the airflow direction. An optional air deflector offers the possibility of directing the airflow sideways when the room layout requires it.

Wall or ceiling mounting and electrical connection

The Prism PRI22 is permanently installed on the wall with horizontal airflow or on the ceiling with vertical airflow. In cooling configuration, wall mounting remains necessary. Accessories are fixed with screws or plugs before installation on the suitable support. Mounting brackets must be ordered separately.

The fan motor connects to an independent terminal block not supplied, placed in the immediate vicinity of the unit. The addition of a filtration module requires drilling holes in the casing for cable passage.

Copper water coil and hydraulic constraints

The water coil uses copper tubes designed to accept high temperatures. The plain connections allow connection by welding or compression. A purge valve must be installed at the high point of the circuit to ensure stable operation in both heating and cooling modes. Purge and drain elements are not included. Respecting the inlet and outlet direction is essential when connecting.
