The Easy Mobil range stations have undergone a series of rigorous tests to validate their robustness:

Drop test with full tank on six sides (200 liter model) or on the bottom (620 liter model)

Low temperature test at -18°C with filled tank

Resistance to the load of two stacked filled tanks

Tank features

Made of single-walled polyethylene, the tank incorporates several practical equipment:

Integrated storage device for the distribution hose

Fork pockets for simplified handling

Support for nozzle and filling cap

Overpressure and ventilation valve with shut-off valve

Four galvanized steel rings for lifting or lashing

Two lugs for secure lashing with straps

PVF protective hood equipped with two gas struts for easier opening

Pumping system

The equipment includes a self-priming vane pump delivering a constant flow rate. The electrical power supply is via a 4-meter cable with crocodile clips, compatible with 12V and 24/12V installations. The tank is refilled using an automatic nozzle.
