UNI 1000 L CEMO Fuel Distribution Station – Ref. 9597A This fuel distribution station offers a complete and secure solution for diesel storage and transfer. Designed for professional use, it combines mechanical robustness and pumping performance in a compact and reliable unit.
Construction & Tank The galvanized steel outer casing (thickness 8/10 to 10/10) provides optimal protection against corrosion, while the inner HDPE tank ensures chemical compatibility with stored fluids. This double wall allows safe storage of diesel, hydraulic oils and coolant, for a maximum allowable density of 1.2 kg/dm³.
Pumping Performance The 230 V electric motor pump unit delivers a power of 370 W with an intensity of 3.9 A. It provides a flow rate of 56 l/min at a maximum pressure of 2 bar, with a suction height up to 4 meters. The rotation speed reaches 2800 rpm for operating cycles of maximum 30 minutes. The noise level remains below 75 dB(A), and the IP 55 protection index ensures resistance to water spray and dust.
Distribution Equipment The station includes a 3-digit mechanical meter equipped with a reset wheel and a totalizer for precise tracking of distributed volumes. The rubber delivery hose DN 19 extends over 4 meters, completed by an automatic gun with 1" female swivel connection. On the suction side, a DN 25 dip tube with filter strainer and a 1.2 meter DN 25 connection allow efficient withdrawal. An integrated check valve prevents fluid backflow.
