UNI PRO 750 litre Station - For diesel, hydraulic oils and coolant - CEMO

UNI PRO 750 litre Station.

For intensive use:

• UNI storage tank with vent.
• Double wall compliant with NF EN 13341.
• Integrated retention.
• Outer shell in galvanised steel.
• Inner tank in polyethylene.
• Dial level gauge (side reading).
• Optical leak indicator.
• 4 Threaded 2" openings.
• Empty handling handles.
• Removable galvanised steel tank support base.
• 230 V vane electric pump self-priming with:
  - Flow rate 56 l/min.
  - Automatic nozzle with swivel fitting.
  - 4 m DN 19 delivery hose.
  - Supplied with nozzle holder (to be mounted).
• Tank refuelling by automatic nozzle.

Tanks must be manufactured according to French or European standards or according to any other standard of a Member State of the E.U. recognised as equivalent.

Above-ground outdoor storage (non-buried):

• Tanks must be equipped with a second watertight shell and it must be possible to detect any loss of watertightness. Single-wall tank is permitted if placed in a watertight retention bund, whose capacity will be equal to at least the greater of these 2 values:
  - 100% of the capacity of the largest tank.
  - 50% of the total capacity of the tanks.
• Tanks must be sufficiently opaque to prevent diesel degradation.
• Tanks must be firmly fixed to the ground on a masonry surface.

When storage exceeds 15,000 litres:

• The distance between 2 tanks is 0.2 D (D = width of the largest tank) with a minimum of 1.5 metres.
• Tanks must be surrounded by a fence at least 1.75 metres high.

Indoor storage in a building (non-buried):

• Containers or tanks must be equipped with a secondary watertight shell, fire-resistant and designed so that any loss of watertightness of the inner shell can be detected.
• Single-wall tank is permitted if placed in a watertight and non-combustible retention bund, whose capacity is at least equal to that of the tank.
• Tanks of the same type, if they are of the same capacity and height, may be placed in battery to constitute a storage with a total capacity of at most 10,000 litres. Their interconnection must be made at their upper part. They must be installed at the same level.
• For storage in a building, when the tank capacity exceeds 2,500 litres, an exclusive, closed, ventilated room with fire resistance characteristics is required.
