IC200 Thermal Imaging Camera - TROTEC

The IC200 thermal imaging camera combines advanced performance with ease of use for your professional visual inspections. Equipped with a 256 × 192 pixel sensor (49,152 measurement points), it captures 25 images per second and detects even the slightest thermal differences in real time. Its 3.5" LCD touchscreen ensures clear and intuitive reading, even during extended inspection sessions.

Measurement accuracy and wide temperature range

With a thermal sensitivity of 0.1 °C and a resolution of 3.75 mrad, the IC200 delivers sharp and reliable images up to +550 °C. The device manages up to 4 movable measurement points (including 2 configurable ones), isothermal alarms, and a Hot-Cold-Spot function to immediately identify critical zones. Minimum focus distance: 50 cm.

DuoVision Plus and video recording

DuoVision and DuoVision Plus technology merges infrared images with the real image for thermograms with enhanced contours. Benefit from continuous 1x–16x digital zoom and SD card recording for photos or MPEG-4 videos. Connected via USB to a PC with IR-Report NG, it enables real-time radiometric video analysis and recording.

Robustness and ergonomics

Weighing only 500 g, this camera features an IP54 housing resistant to 25 G shocks and 2 G vibrations. Dual control (buttons and touchscreen) facilitates span/level parameter adjustment directly on the screen, without complex menu navigation. A design built for jobsite conditions.

Thermal Performance
This infrared camera covers an extended temperature range of -20°C to +550°C with an accuracy of ±2°C or ±2% of the measured value (conditions: ambient temperature 10°C to 35°C, object >0°C). Equipped with an uncooled FPA (focal plane array) microbolometer detector of 256 x 192 pixels, it offers a spectral range of 8 to 14 µm and thermal sensitivity below 0.1°C at 30°C. The field of view extends over 56° x 42° with a geometric resolution of 3.75 mrad and a refresh rate of 25 Hz.

Optics and Display
The device integrates a 2-megapixel digital camera (FOV 65°) and a 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen. Continuous digital zoom reaches 16x. The display offers 8 color palettes in pseudo-colors with several modes: IR image only, real image, DuoVision (adjustable IR/real overlay) and DuoVision Plus (thermal fusion with enhanced contours).
