The LOBBY® Miniblue CMSL200 VMC extraction unit is specially designed for installations requiring automatic flow maintenance, regardless of variations in network pressure losses. Thanks to its constant pressure regulation, it guarantees stable performance and controlled air quality in collective buildings, tertiary premises and professional facilities.

With a flow rate of 720 m³/h at 100 Pa and an available pressure of 450 Pa, this unit is perfectly suited to complex and evolving networks.

LOBBY® adjustable constant pressure regulation

LOBBY® technology enables automatic pressure regulation, ensuring optimal operation of the ventilation system without manual intervention. The constant pressure setting is simple and precise, offering lasting operating comfort and facilitated commissioning.

This solution is ideal for installations where flows must remain stable despite progressive network clogging or the addition of vents.

Low consumption EC motor and enhanced reliability

The direct drive EC motor ensures excellent energy efficiency and controlled consumption of only 93 W. This brushless technology guarantees long service life, reduced maintenance and quiet operation.

The unit thus contributes to reducing operating costs while meeting current energy performance requirements.

Robust design and integrated acoustic insulation

The LOBBY® Miniblue CMSL200 unit is made of galvanized steel for optimal resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. It incorporates 25 mm rock wool sound insulation, effectively limiting noise transmitted to the ventilation network.

Weighing 16 kg, it remains easy to handle and install on site.

Versatile installation and accessory compatibility

Suitable for indoor or outdoor installation, the unit can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted without additional accessories. The Ø 200 mm circular connections with gaskets ensure optimal sealing and quick implementation.

Compliant with CSTB Technical Opinion No. 13-224-V2, it is compatible with numerous accessories: sanitary and kitchen extraction vents, rigid galvanized steel networks, M0 flexible sleeves, roof caps as well as complementary regulation solutions.
