The LOBBY® Miniblue CMSL250 VMC extraction box is specially designed for installations requiring precise and automatic control of airflow rates. Thanks to its adjustable constant pressure regulation, it maintains stable performance even in the event of variations in pressure drops within the network.

With a flow rate of 1,070 m³/h at 100 Pa and an available pressure of 710 Pa, this extraction box perfectly meets the requirements of collective, tertiary and professional buildings.

LOBBY® technology for constant and reliable airflow

The LOBBY® technology ensures automatic pressure regulation, guaranteeing optimal operation of the ventilation system without manual intervention. The precise setting of constant pressure allows for simplified commissioning and long-lasting operating comfort.

This solution is ideal for evolving networks or those subject to gradual duct clogging.

Low consumption EC motor and energy efficiency

Equipped with a direct drive EC motor, the CMSL250 extraction box combines performance and energy efficiency with a power consumption of only 176 W. This brushless technology ensures great longevity, reduced maintenance and quiet operation.

It thus contributes to reducing operating costs while meeting current requirements in terms of energy performance.

Robust construction and integrated acoustic insulation

The LOBBY® Miniblue CMSL250 extraction box is made of galvanized steel for optimal resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress. It features 25 mm rock wool sound insulation, effectively limiting noise transmitted to the air distribution network.

Weighing 19 kg, it remains easy to handle and install on site.

Versatile installation and accessory compatibility

Suitable for indoor or outdoor installation, the extraction box can be placed on the floor, wall or ceiling without additional accessories. The Ø 250 mm circular connections with seals ensure perfect airtightness and quick implementation.

Compliant with CSTB Technical Opinion No. 13-224-V2, it is compatible with a wide range of accessories: sanitary and kitchen extraction vents, rigid galvanized steel networks, M0 flexible sleeves, roof cowls as well as complementary regulation solutions.
